Happy Thanksgiving!
We will be open through 5pm on Wednesday, but closed Thursday and Friday for the Holiday weekend.
The Florida Secretary of State/Division of Corporations will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 23 and will reopen on Monday. Online Florida profit, non-profit, limited liability company, judgement lien, fictitious name registration and limited partnership filings will not be processed beginning 5:00 PM November 22nd through 8:00 AM November 28th.
The DBPR will be open on Wednesday but closed Thursday and Friday this week for the Holiday, reopening on Monday.
